The melody does not play much role in techno such as the beat and the bass.
There is no beat for someone to bounce to.
and the beginning is ...Random.

This is a great remix , and like Sidar , i find it sad how in 174 reviews , nobody even mentions it's from double dragon.

i am entitled to ask , what do you use for your brass part of your songs?
is it a soundfont?

I'm afraid the brass is a sample patch from the VST East West Symphonic Orchestra GOLDXP. Though don't be discouraged, there are a lot of good brass soundfonts over at sf2midi.com if you don't already know of that place! Happy hunting!

Nice composition , your strings need a HELL of a work , what did you use for your flute?

Let's see. I don't know which strings you're refering too. I assume that you're refering to the ones coming in at 0:13. Well, maybe they need some more work, but sometimes, i just don't realize when something needs work (probably fatigue).
As for the flute, i used EWQLSO Silver Edition's flutes.
